Azita Ghanizada Azita Ghanizada, an Afghan American actor in the United States has appeared in various television shows. She is an Afghan American actress that was raised in Kabul Afghanistan. After fleeing the country she was born in her family, they moved into the US. The family was given asylum in the US and permitted to stay. Ghanizada is the middle child of two siblings and was born in Northern Virginia. Ghanizada made her debut in the world of television through a handful of National Commercials. For the Laura Neri film A Kiss on the Nose (2004) Ghanizada portrayed the main character of Chiara a performance for which she received an award for best actress at a film festival nomination. The roles she played on television includes How I Met Your Mother Entourage Veronica Mars The Wedding Bells NUMB3RS Bones Psych and Castle. She has also appeared in independent comedies You Only Better and Blood Shot 2009 and the action thriller of science fiction Blood Shot. Ghanizada made her debut in 2008 when she was cast member of General Hospital's primetime spinoff, General Hospital. In season 2 called Night Shift Ghanizada was Dr. Saira Bhatra who is a holistic doctor. In 2009, Ghanizada appeared as Kelly who was a Prada saleswoman on HBO's Entourage and was a part of the cast of the television pilot Tough Trade from Weeds creator Jenji Kohan as well as executive producer T Bone Burnett.
