Aleesha Young is establishing herself as a top female professional bodybuilder in the second half of 2010s. Aleesha came from a sports-loving family that was born in 1984. Her father participated in bodybuilding alongside her sisters and brothers. were involved in sports such as hockey. Aleesha played soccer, softball and basketball prior to when she began bodybuilding at the age of 15. Aleesha earned her professional card after her victory at in the NPC USA Championships 2014. She started competing in 2008. In 2014, she competed at the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro and was placed 9th. In 2015, she remained in her ninth place. Aleesha got herself into her first IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships both in 2016 and 2015. Aleesha started to get better and was able to win her first professional competition in the form of winning Chicago Pro Championships. Her best WOS performance was in 2020. She placed 4th. But the "World's strong mother" was forced to take a break due to her health.
