Aleesha Young established herself as a leading female professional bodybuilder in the final quarter of 2010s. Aleesha Young was born 1984 into a sporting family. Her siblings also played games, like hockey and ice skating. Aleesha has been involved in a variety of sports like basketball, soccer and softball. Aleesha was given her professional card for winning at the NPC USA Championships 2014 However, she began her journey in the year 2008. She was also a participant in the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro and was ranked ninth. In 2015, she remained in her 9th place. Aleesha was 6th and 7th in 2015 and 2016 in the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. Aleesha started to get better and she was able to win her first professional competition in the form of winning Chicago Pro Championships. Her most impressive WOS result was achieved in the year 2020. She finished fourth. The "World's Strongest Mom" has taken a health break.
