Aleesha is a female professional bodybuilder who has been gaining fame in the last two decades. Aleesha Young was born in 1984 into the family of sports. Although her father was a bodybuilder, her siblings also played activities like playing ice hockey. Aleesha played soccer, softball, and basketball before she started fitness at 15. Aleesha received her professional license after winning at the NPC USA Championships 2014 Her first competition began in the year 2008 but began competing in the year 2008. The 2014 IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro was her first time competing in the 9th place race. In 2015, she maintained her ninth place result. In 2015 and 2016, Aleesha placed sixth place at her final IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. The bodybuilder's best performance in the WOS Rising Phoenix came in the year 2000, where she finished the fourth position. However, the "World's strongest mom" took a break from bodybuilding for health-related reasons.
